Calsium

Ush!!! buat ku risau je kan... kurang kalsium boleh buat gigi reput??? menakutkan... siap ku google makanan yang contain banyak kalsium... nak gantung pada ubat??? haiyoooo pengsan mak cik ok... ubat yang makan tuk tengahari, apa namanya Iberet Folic... bau busuk giler... tak tertelan aku... aku makan kuar balik... tapi pikir baby, macammana ibu sayang sangat... macammana ibu nak sangat and tunggu sangat2 kehadiran kamu... ku rela...makan sekali lagi... sampai nangis2... bodos tul ibu ku ini... takut makan ubat...

So aku kena jugak makan, makanan yang mengandungi calsium...so i google... ni yang ku dpt...

Brocoli fav! ermmm ok no problem... kang leh cari... hahah Encik Zamani haruslah menemani bininya makan... eheheh,kan? Soya, almond... ermmm almond bersalut coklat boleh tak? heheheh... sesuai tak?

Ok kenalah... tak leh nak gantung pada ubat... biar anak aku jadi iron baby.... heheheh... baru ku tahu rupanya susah jugak yer... selama ni asal boleh je... ada nyawa yang memerlukan sekarang ni and tugas ku produce tuk si kecik...

Than terharu lak,kan... MIL call Zamani, ingatkan dia suruh bawak aku jumpa dentist... pasal gigi aku senang berdarah... so esok nak gi klinik gigi lepas kerja... hahahah *kelip2 mata kat Fida* ku sumit claim kat ko bole??? heheheh... sukekan... lalalalala...

i makan tablet kalsium magnesium...produk amway nyer...

mkn ubat spital/klinik siyesly x sedap kat tekak i dulu...

produk amway best sket.x rasa loya.

i mkn kalsium,iron folic,fruit n vege...smue tablet.soya die i bancuh2 minum,selang sehari dgn susu dutchlady full krim .

sbb badan i ni x brp bole harap sgt kat makanan coz kebanyakan muntah lps makan heavy.
